Created with the mission of making people say 'tea can be this delicious,' Gashoan bridges traditional tea craft and modern confectionery. As the retail and cafe arm of a 70-year-old Shizuoka tea wholesaler, the brand uses shade-grown tencha from mountain river valleys in the Kawane and Honzan regions, ground in-house. Their Tenku no Matcha has gained national recognition, appearing in Furusato Nozei gift sets and a limited-edition Tirol Choco collaboration.
