Yuri Matcha (yurimatcha.com) is a Japanese matcha research and knowledge-base site. This policy describes what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the site and do not sell personal information.

• Server logs

  Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps). Retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes.

• Analytics

  We may use privacy-respecting analytics (e.g. aggregated page views) to understand which content is useful. No cross-site tracking or fingerprinting.

• Email

  If you contact us at hello@yurimatcha.com, we retain your email address and message to respond. We do not add you to any mailing list without explicit consent.

• Affiliate links

  Some links to matcha retailers use affiliate tracking codes. Clicking these links may set a cookie on the retailer's site. We do not control those cookies. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

Yuri Matcha does not set first-party cookies for tracking purposes. Embedded third-party content (e.g. affiliate links, external maps) may set cookies according to those services' own policies.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect technical data (IP address, request headers) as part of infrastructure operation. Google Fonts are loaded from Google's servers. Please review Vercel's and Google's privacy policies for their data practices.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@yurimatcha.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted with a revised date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
