Marushichi Seicha combines contract tea-garden management, the Nakajima farming method, company-run cold storage held at -5 to -30 degrees C, and finishing lines it says produce more than 2,000 tonnes a year, and sells consumer tea through its group company Nanaya, whose matcha range is Shizuoka tea.
