Kane7 Hatakeyama Seicha (株式会社カネ七畠山製茶, カネシチ) is an Uji tea manufacturing and wholesale company based in Mukojima, Fushimi Ward, Kyoto. It dates its founding to the first year of Horeki (宝暦元年, 1751) and says its tea business began in the 7th generation, under Hatakeyama Nananoshin; it describes the company becoming a joint-stock company under the 18th generation and starting exports under the 19th. The 20th generation, Hatakeyama Tomoharu (畠山友晴), leads it today.
