Shusui (秋水, Autumn Water) takes its name from the Japanese poetic image of clear, still autumn water — evoking purity, depth, and seasonal reflection. Stone-milled from Yame tencha in Yoshidaen's own factory, it follows the same integrated production approach as the rest of the range: shade cultivation in Kuroki-machi's mountain mist, in-house milling, and sealed packaging in a 30g can. Expect the characteristic Yame depth and umami with a clean, clear finish that matches its name.
