宮の園 (Miyano En, "Palace Garden") is a smooth, creamy ceremonial thin matcha from Aoi Seicha with a light body and a distinctive flavor profile: sweet and nutty aromas of milk chocolate and toasted macadamia, with fresh bitterness of young pea shoots. Umami and toasted nut flavors carry from start to finish, closing with a soft lingering sweetness. A step up from the Yaeyama in vegetal complexity.
