葵の誉 (Aoi no Homare, "Pride of Aoi") is the pinnacle of Aoi Seicha's usucha range — an Imperial Ceremonial Grade thin matcha that scores 5/5 for both umami and sweetness, and only 1/5 for bitterness according to AOI's own matcha sommeliers. The leaves are shaded four weeks before spring harvest and stone-milled upon order. Such is the quality of the tencha blend that it can also be used for koicha preparation. A prestige matcha that is exceptionally clean, aromatic, and soft.
