Stone-milled

Stone-milled means the tencha was ground slowly with traditional granite mills rather than faster industrial equipment.

Stone milling is not automatically better in every context, but it is often associated with finer texture, slower production, and premium ceremonial positioning. It matters most when a producer is explicitly aiming for high-end straight-drinking matcha.
