辻利兵衛本店
Uji tea house founded in 1860 in Uji, Kyoto. The official Japanese site centers Tsujirihei Honten on premium Uji matcha, tea-room service, and matcha as both a traditional tea and culinary ingredient.
Brand story
The official company history traces Tsujirihei Honten back to first-generation founder Tsuji Sensuke, who launched the original Tsuji shop. The company says the business adopted the Tsujirihei Honten name in the early Showa period and is now led by sixth-generation president Tsuji Shinsuke, with the registered Yamani-Ri mark and a retail footprint extending beyond Uji.
