Its signature tea is fukamushi (deep-steamed) Yame tea. The company says its farm has won the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Award, which it calls the highest prize in Japanese tea. It says its farm relies mainly on organic fertilizer and reduced pesticide, and it sells a tea grown with chlorella organic fertilizer. A Japanese-style café attached to the shop serves matcha sweets.
