Founder Tobias Baer says he visited Japan in 2005, discovered the taste of real green tea in Uji and worked at a long-established tea shop there for eight years. TOBI-EN aims to make high-quality Uji tea accessible and share classical tea culture. It ships freshly prepared tea from Uji to Japan and abroad.
